Group Fitness Instructor - Expressions of Interest

The role reports to the Team Leader Fitness and is responsible for facilitating safe and professional group fitness sessions, providing a high degree of customer engagement, and any other tasks associated with day-to-day upkeep of a group fitness room. The Fitness Instructor also manages programs and develops new initiatives to meet market trends within the fitness industry.

  • From 20-60 hours per fortnight
  • Free gym membership to both Leisure Centres!
  • $42.72 - $58.64 per hour + 25% casual loading + super

Applicants will have significant previous experience in group fitness instruction, a relevant group fitness qualification (Certificate III Fitness minimum), a current provide first aid certificate, as well as a current (under six months) satisfactory National Police Clearance. The right applicants will have great customer engagement skills, the ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the business, and have an excellent work ethic.
