The role reports to the Team Leader Business Support and will be responsible for supporting the business administration needs of the Canning Environment Program as well as providing excellent customer service to external stakeholders from the Works Depot.

In this role, you will undertake duties such as:

  • Provide front desk support at the works depot including managing deliveries, and the application of workplace health and safety procedures to external stakeholders and visitors to the Depot
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to all Canning Environment sub-programs operating from the Works Depot, and more broadly, as required, across the organisation
  • Utilise the OneCouncil software solution to ensure efficient procurement practices

The successful applicant will enjoy:

  • Gym Membership
  • $48,126 - $69,221 per annum + 10.5% super

Applicants will have experience in an administrative position, strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer literacy with Microsoft and other systems, as well as a current satisfactory National Police Clearance. The right applicant will enjoy working in a team setting; have good time management aptitude and an excellent work ethic.
