Customer Service Assistants - Expressions of Interest

We are seeking expressions of interest for dedicated individuals to joins us as a Customer Service Assistant on a casual basis across both the Riverton and Cannington Leisureplexes.
Impact the Community in a Big Way!
The role reports to the Supervisor Facility Administration of each Leisureplex and will be primarily focused on providing an exceptional customer experience to all visitors to the Leisureplexes. The successful applicant will coordinate centre bookings, perform cash handling and banking duties, perform point of sale transactions, action direct debit reconciliation and web based payment processes, and act as the first point of contact for all accounts and general enquiries in person and over the phone.

The roles we have available are casual in nature, and if successful, you may be assigned to particular hours. The start and finish times may vary depending on the levels of staff coverage required.
- Gym memberships available
- $21.48 - $25.33 per hour + 25% casual loading + 10.5% super
Applicants will have experience in cash handling, as well as a current satisfactory National Police Clearance. The right applicant for the role will have previous experience in a similar position in a leisure facility, including experience in point of sale software, as well as credit control and debt collection. They will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and will have an excellent work ethic with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience for all customers with every visit.
