Leasing Officer

The City of Canning aims to be a welcoming and thriving city, giving our people an opportunity to thrive through work that truly makes a difference! We now have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Specialist to join our team on a Permanent, Full-time basis (contract may also be considered).

Impact the Community in a Big Way!

You will be a specialist in leasing and property matters, with a solid background in tenancy management and will be looking for opportunities to use that knowledge to assist community and sporting groups within the City of Canning. You will be equally capable of transferring those skills to commercial tenancies and will be able to look for opportunities to streamline and increase leasing opportunities within the City.

  • $73,585 - $81,878 per annum + 10.5% super

Applicants will ideally have sound knowledge of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Land Administration Act 1997 or be capable of interpreting legislation. A current ‘C' Class drivers licence, along with current satisfactory National Police Clearance is also a prerequisite. The right applicant will have highly developed negotiation and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills and be computer savvy.
