The role reports to the Leader Organisational Development and will be responsible for working with the business and leading a small team to provide creative and engaging learning and development opportunities across the organisation which makes an impact on our City.
The City has strong partnerships, leadership commitment and digital systems that will support building organisational capability and constructive culture. This role is responsible for conducting analysis of the City's learning needs as well as providing creative solutions through a service-focused approach and monitoring their effectiveness. In addition, there is scope to optimise systems, reporting and analytics to ensure continual improvement.

- $92,066 - $102,305 per annum + 10.5% super
Applicants will have a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, ideally a Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or other relevant disciplines, as well as be able to provide a current satisfactory National Police Clearance.
The right applicant for the role will have experience in designing organisational learning which make an impact, forming strong connections across organisations, leading the delivery of L&D services and in developing L&D metrics which have been used to assess outcomes and inform decisions. They will enjoy working in a team setting; have high conceptual thinking and strong facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
