Community Learning Operations Leader - Library

The role reports to the Manager Community Learning and will be responsible for the provision of a customer focussed and innovative Community Learning service across our Libraries and Learning Hubs. In particular, the successful applicant will administer an efficient streamlined roster across the hubs, coordinate ongoing operational requirements and manage contractor engagement and performance. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to utilise change management processes to implement process improvements.

- $73,585 - $81,878 per annum + 10.5% super
Applicants will have ideally have a degree in business administration with an understanding of public libraries, but more importantly will have demonstrated experience in staff scheduling and rostering, process improvement, combined with a C class driver's licence and current satisfactory National Police Clearance. The right applicant for the role will have excellent problem solving and organisational skills to coordinate teams across multiple locations, and the ability to manage their own time and prioritise a demanding workload. The successful applicant will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive, effective working relationships and provide high levels of customer service. They will enjoy working in a collaborative team setting, have strong computer skills and ability to produce high level reports, and an excellent work ethic.
