The role reports to the Manager Workplace Health & Safety and has the opportunity to work collaboratively with all areas of the City, focusing on building a resilient workforce. The successful applicant will be passionate about transforming the area of injury management and driving cultural change programs focused around wellbeing and resilience.

- $97,243-$105,727 per annum + 10.5% super
We're looking for a business partner who thrives on working in the business to achieve results! Applicants will have extensive experience and tertiary qualifications in occupational health; working knowledge of legislation, and demonstrated experience delivering health & wellbeing programs. The right applicant for the role will have a passion for working with others at all levels of an organisation; strongly developed written and verbal skills as well as the ability to negotiate outcomes in complex situations.
