Centre Assistant

We now have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Centre Assistants on a Casual basis for 6 months over the summer period.

Impact the Community in a Big Way!

The roles will be based at the Cannington and Riverton Leisureplexes, and will report to the Supervisor Facility Operations. The successful applicants will be primarily responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the Leisureplexes, with a particular focus on the cleanliness and presentation of the centres, regular monitoring and cleaning of car park and entry areas, and liaising with patrons to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

  • $21.48 - $23.56 per hour (age dependant)+ 25% casual loading + 10.5% super

Applicants will be able to obtain a current satisfactory National Police Clearance, and be able to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the Leisureplexes over the busy summer period, including mornings, evenings and weekends. The right applicants for the roles will have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers, good customer service skills and a genuine desire to help and assist people. They will enjoy working in a collaborative team setting and have an excellent work ethic.
