Land Project Officer

The City of Canning has an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to join our Land Project team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role reports to the Manager Land Utilisation and will be responsible for assisting and providing support in the delivery of identified projects in the Land Project team, including research support, organising logistics, document management, and undertaking the delivery of reporting, procurement and procedural improvements. The successful applicant will provide a high level of customer services skills through negotiation and conflict resolution.

  • $73,585 - $81,878 per annum + 10.5% super

Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role as well as a current National Police Clearance, and will ideally have experience in the successful delivery of projects. The right applicant for the role will have experience with meeting agendas and minutes, providing a high level of customer service and accurate data entry and word processing skills using Microsoft Office and record management systems. They will enjoy working independently within a small team, have good initiative and time management skills, and an excellent work ethic to complete tasks efficiently and effectively to a high standard to provide the best support possible to the team.
